- Lead and manage a team of Nintex K2 developers providing guidance mentoring and performance management.
- Oversee the design development and deployment of K2 solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design workflows and ensure successful implementation of K2 solutions.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards in K2 development and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the K2 platform.
- Extending the platform if needed by creating custom broker custom endpoint assembly wherever needed
- Conduct regular team meetings provide status updates and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience working with Nintex K2.
- Extensive experience working with the Nintex K2 platform including design development and deployment.
- Experience in extending the platform
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with workflow automation business process management and digital transformation initiatives..
- Relevant certifications in Nintex K2 are highly desirable
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in a client-facing role with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
- Knowledge of other process automation tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information :
- Expertise in plant care pest management and landscaping equipment.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with team members clients and supervisors.
