On behalf of our client we are seeking a Foreman / Site Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring workforce productivity and discipline on site.

Key Responsibilities

Allocate daily tasks to labour teams.
Monitor productivity per crew.
Ensure correct use of materials.
Conduct daily toolbox talks.
Enforce PPE compliance.
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Track daily output against schedule.
Escalate bottlenecks to Project Manager.

Requirements

Technical Certificate / Diploma in Construction / Civil Engineering
5 - 10 years site supervision experience
Proven leadership of labour teams (2050 workers)
Experience in structural works and finishing phases
