Job Summary
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Foreman / Site Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring workforce productivity and discipline on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate daily tasks to labour teams.
- Monitor productivity per crew.
- Ensure correct use of materials.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks.
- Enforce PPE compliance.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Track daily output against schedule.
- Escalate bottlenecks to Project Manager.
Requirements
- Technical Certificate / Diploma in Construction / Civil Engineering
- 5 - 10 years site supervision experience
- Proven leadership of labour teams (2050 workers)
- Experience in structural works and finishing phases
