Role Overview
The Delivery Manager will oversee multiple testing projects ensuring successful delivery within scope time and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership stakeholder management and the ability to handle escalations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple testing projects simultaneously.
- Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues.
- Conduct vendor presentations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Provide structured feedback on Project Leaders and Project Managers to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years in project delivery with a focus on testing projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale multi-project environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with global teams and in multicultural environments fostering collaboration across diverse regions.
Languages:
- English: Mandatory
- German or French: Preferred
