-Ensure compliance with EDA GMP and other relevant industry standards and local health authority regulations.
-Conduct and Drive audits (internal external customer and regulatory) and drive corrective/preventive actions.
-Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems (QMS).
-Monitor and control quality across production processes.
-Manage Testing laboratory operations
-Ensure the inspection and analysis of Raw materials packaging materials in process semifinished product and finished products.
-Enable for Packaging Quality Defects within defined AQL.
-Track key quality metrics (e.g. defect rates customer complaints first-pass yield).
-Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues through CAPA and ensure effective implementation.
-Manage customer quality requirements and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
-Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality standards are met and track their performance.
-Support Alternate vendor development and supplier audits.
-Conduct Internal Quality Audit & Subcontract locations and supplier audits
-Drive actions to plug the gaps and ensure compliance with systems
-Responsible for the Manufacturing Excellence Model/NABL & Lab standardization audit programs both at In-house and vendor locations
-Ensuring implementation of Maricos Quality Management System as per CQA guidelines in Marico & Subcontract locations through Process Maps formulation of Internal SOPs and Format Standardization.
-Support and Ensure New Product Development activities such as trials and support launch and stabilization.
-Skill building through Training on Quality Awareness programs.
-Plant Manufacturing Supply Chain Procurement CQA R & D
Requirements
-Bachelors degree of chemistry Cosmetics Chemical Engineering etc.
-7 years of experience in Quality function
-preferably working in the FMCG or cosmetics sector.
-Very good command of English language.
-Very good computer literature especially for MS Office package.
