Job Title: Business Development Sr. Manager
Function: Commercial
Reports to: CCO
Role Purpose: The Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for monitoring overall business performance develop reports and dashboards for commercial performance and new market expansion initiatives. The role focuses on building high-impact partnerships unlocking new revenue streams securing large accounts and improving commercial performance across B2B B2G and enterprise segments. This position plays a key role in scaling BluEVs fleet electrification strategy.
Direct Reports:
- Partner Acquisition Specialist
- Accounts Specialist
Description of the accountability:
- Identify new revenue streams.
- Identify and secure high-value partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional execution of partnerships.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Conduct feasibility studies for expansion projects.
- Analyze competitive landscape and pricing models.
- Analyze conversion funnels for enterprise deals.
- Identify bottlenecks in closing and onboarding.
- Improve proposal structures and pricing strategies.
- Develop standardized BD playbooks and pitch decks.
- Develop reporting system Dashboards and partners performance management technics.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus.
