Job Title: Network Manager
Function: Commercial
Reports to: Head of Commercial
Role Purpose: Responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships to support the successful deployment and expansion of companys Network. This role involves identifying selecting and cultivating partnerships with various stakeholders including venue owners facility managers local authorities and other relevant entities. Also responsible for the network health and utilization by analyzing and optimizing network performance.
Direct Reports:
Description of the accountability:
- Align with Sales and Business Development teams to translate commercial expansion plans into execution roadmaps.
- Manage BSUs network budget to maintain the preset BSU deployment average cost.
- Identify evaluate and secure partners and deployment locations for Battery Swapping Units (BSUs) across assigned regions.
- Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies for new sites including infrastructure footfall demand and accessibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and external stakeholders to enable long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate partnership agreements deployment terms and commercial frameworks ensuring mutually favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Legal and Contract Management teams to prepare and review agreements aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead site assessment activities including layout evaluation power availability accessibility and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with Operations Deployment Technical and Logistics teams to ensure smooth site inspections and BSU installation.
- Maintain oversight of deployment timelines issue resolution and partner onboarding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications progress reporting and operational escalations.
- Monitor network utilization uptime and performance KPIs using system dashboards and partner feedback.
- Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities or infrastructure enhancements.
- Implement network enhancement strategies and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify additional expansion opportunities within partner networks and evaluate new partnership segments.
Education: Bachelors degree
