- Stay up to date on social media trends platform updates and emerging content formats (e.g. Reels Stories live video).
- Plan manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns including targeting budgeting and performance tracking.
- Ensure all content meets brand standards in tone style and visual identity.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for user-generated content and strategic influencer or partner collaborations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to public feedback including potential issues or crises.

- 35 years of experience in social media management digital content creation or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and improving engagement rates.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite Buffer or Later.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager or equivalent.
- Proficiency in content creation tools including Canva Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
