ملخص الوظيفة

Enjaz is looking for a qualified Administration Technician to provide comprehensive financial accounting and administrative support services to ensure efficient operational performance. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records preparing funding documentation reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies. This is a non-personal services position with no approval authority.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain review reconcile and balance manual and electronic accounting records for multiple fiscal years.
  • Monitor and track funding for approximately 20 medical research projects.
  • Review financial documents for proper accounting classification and availability of funds.
  • Prepare funding documents (e.g. MIPR SF) for Government review and authorization.
  • Maintain updated Operating Targets (OPTAR) spreadsheets by fiscal year.
  • Reconcile expenditure documents and resolve discrepancies with project investigators.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports including expense reports reconciliation reports active document status reports and contract status reports.
  • Track Government-pproved costs and ensure financial data integrity.
  • Conduct research to justify financial adjustments in accordance with Financial Management Regulations (FMR).
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (hardcopy and electronic).
  • Perform data entry related to purchase requests purchase orders travel orders invoices and agreements.
  • Support internal financial system updates and assist in improving administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax labor and contractual regulations.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Commerce Economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or financial support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with U.S. Government financial procedures and documentation.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to obtain required security clearance if applicable.
