- Assist the Reservations Manager in overseeing daily reservation operations
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries relating to bookings
- Maintaining accurate records of all reservations and assisting with inquiries and bookings.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking processes
- Maximizing hotel revenues by promoting upselling and ensuring efficient availability control procedure
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reservation policies and systems
- Address and resolve reservation-related issues and complaints
- Developing and maintaining communication with major sources of business and advising the Reservations Manager on feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies pricing strategies and brand standards.
- Daily pick-up analysis strategy adjustments and reporting
- Working closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Analyze reservation trends and provide reports to management
- Train and mentor reservation staff as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2 years of experience in a reservations senior role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in reservation software
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
