As part of establishing and strengthening our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia we are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to build implement and lead our local supply chain function.

Key Accountabilities

Supply Chain Strategy & Operations

Develop and implement the local supply chain strategy aligned with regional and global frameworks.
Lead sourcing procurement and supplier negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and operational reliability.
Monitor supplier performance drive improvements and manage contractual relationships.
Oversee inventory planning and logistics coordination to ensure operational readiness and optimized working capital.
Ensure compliance with company policies ISO standards and local regulatory requirements.

Site Set-Up & Process Implementation

Lead supply chain contributions to the Saudi site establishment project including recruitment system implementation and cross-functional coordination.
Implement supply chain systems and tools (ERP planning tools dashboards) required to operate efficiently from Day 1 to scale.
Act as the local subject matter expert for supply chain and support regional/global teams in replicating best practices from Saudi operations.

Qualifications & Skills (Profile)

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Administration Engineering or related field.
812 years of experience in supply chain procurement and logistics management.
Proven experience in setting up or scaling supply chain operations.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Navision Oracle).
Fluent English (written and spoken) essential in an international environment.
Strong organizational analytical and leadership skills.
