Orion Digital Solutions is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Consultant (OMP) to support a large-scale digital transformation program. This role is designed for ERP Supply Chain professionals (SAP MM PP IBP / APO Oracle Fusion SCM) who want to specialize in advanced planning and optimization.
You will work within Orions OMP Center of Excellence delivering OMP supply chain planning solutions by extending and enhancing supply chain processes (procurement production inventory and planning).
If your background is in SAP MM PP or Oracle Fusion Supply Chain this role builds directly on your experience and evolves it into enterprise-grade planning solutions using OMP.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain processes (currently running on ERP (SAP MM/Fusion SCM/etc.) or external excel tools) and translate advanced planning requirements into OMP planning models.
- Design and configure OMP planning solutions for:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- MRP & Production Planning
- S&OP / Integrated Business Planning
- Detailed Scheduling
- Align ERP master data and transactional logic with OMP planning parameters and constraints.
- Work closely with ERP and integration teams to ensure tight OMPERP integration.
- Support data mapping validation reconciliation and issue resolution across ERP business process and OMP.
- Execute unit testing integration testing and UAT.
- Participate in cutover go-live and post-go-live hyper care.
- Contribute to OMP delivery standards templates and accelerators leveraging best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business Informatics or Computer Science.
- Strong understanding of ERP Supply Chain processes such as:
- Procurement & Inventory (SAP MM / Oracle Purchasing)
- Production Planning & MRP (SAP PP Oracle Manufacturing)
- Supply & Demand Planning concepts
- Experience working on SAP or Oracle Supply Chain implementations or roll-outs.
- Ability to translate ERP business processes into system configuration and planning logic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills for planning analysis and modeling.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- You will be trained and enabled on OMP Unison Planning as the core advanced planning platform.
