ملخص الوظيفة

Financial Management & Accounting

  • Manage and oversee the full accounting operations of the Egypt Branch including branch overhead costs and EPC & O&M projects.

  • Ensure accurate financial records in compliance with local regulations and group policies.

  • Control and optimize branch overhead costs.

Reporting & Head Office Coordination

  • Prepare and submit the monthly and periodic reporting package to Headquarters in Madrid.

  • Coordinate and report all financial and tax-related information to HQ including Net Debt and Cash positions.

  • Ensure timely accurate and transparent financial reporting aligned with group standards.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Coordinate the preparation of Business Plans Budgets and Forecasts for branch projects.

  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and report variances.

Treasury & Banking

  • Manage and control the treasury activities of the Egypt Branch.

  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and lead the search for financing solutions for water projects in Egypt.

  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational stability.

Audit Tax & Compliance

  • Act as the main point of contact with external auditors.

  • Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure full compliance with local tax laws and reporting requirements.

  • Support audits tax filings and regulatory inspections.

Project & Client Supervision

  • Supervise the financial performance of projects in Egypt ensuring cost control and profitability.

  • Maintain a strong financial relationship with clients supporting commercial and contractual matters when needed.



Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Accounting or a related field.

  • Professional certifications (CPA ACCA CMA or equivalent) are a strong plus.

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial management roles.

  • Proven experience in:

    • Branch or subsidiary financial management

    • Project-based environments (EPC / O&M preferred)

    • Reporting to regional or international headquarters

    • Banking treasury and project financing

    • Audit and tax coordination
