- Plan and manage agricultural operations from land preparation through harvesting and storage.

- Analyze soil and define suitable cultivation programs for each crop.

- Supervise irrigation and fertilization programs to achieve maximum productivity with minimal waste.

- Manage weeds and maintain crop quality.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience.

- Bachelors degree in Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Extension Institute.

- Proven experience in the agricultural sector.

- Certifications diplomas or training related to quality management are a strong plus.
