Job Summary

- Plan and manage agricultural operations from land preparation through harvesting and storage.

- Analyze soil and define suitable cultivation programs for each crop.

- Supervise irrigation and fertilization programs to achieve maximum productivity with minimal waste.

- Conduct field follow-ups on crops diagnose pests and diseases and implement control programs.

- Manage weeds and maintain crop quality.

- Determine optimal harvest timing and supervise agricultural machinery and equipment.

- Prepare technical and production reports and monitor costs.

- Supervise agricultural labor and assign daily tasks.

- Apply modern agricultural practices to improve efficiency and maximize economic returns.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience.

- Bachelors degree in Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Extension Institute.

- Proven experience in the agricultural sector.

- Certifications diplomas or training related to quality management are a strong plus.
