- Drive end-to-end management of learning programs and projects - from initiation through execution - ensuring professional and on-time delivery aligned with departmental goals.
- Serve as the operational bridge across Learning Knowledge and Quality teams fostering alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define scopes create project plans allocate resources and manage delivery schedules to meet established timelines and expectations including post-delivery feedback to support ongoing improvement.
- Facilitate communication across all relevant stakeholders including global trainers content teams CS leadership and senior management ensuring transparency and involvement.
- Identify risks and roadblocks early and lead mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Build and maintain structured communication plans reporting frameworks and provide regular updates to ensure leadership visibility and team accountability.
- Continuously refine project workflows tools and communication processes to enhance efficiency scalability and cross-team collaboration.
- Analyze data and seek for solutions to support business needs
- Strong familiarity with learning and implementation across global projects
- deep knowledge of the learning and knowledge systems and tools to improve scalability
Does this describe you
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a program manager
- BS or MA degree in instructional design industrial engineering or similar
- strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Proficient in data analysis and seeing the bigger picture
- Excellent English skills (read write speak)
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change quickly
- Experience in soft skills training and development (an advantage)
- Experience with a Learning or knowledge Management System (an advantage)
