About ILLA
ILLA is a leading logistics supply chain and distribution company dedicated to operational excellence and innovation. We re looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support the day-to-day warehouse activities at our Mostorod warehouse ensuring efficiency safety and accuracy in operations.
Job Summary
The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for executing and supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving storing and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Food & Beverage handling a good understanding of warehouse procedures and the ability to work in rotational shifts.
Requirements
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
- Store goods in designated locations and maintain proper inventory organization.
- Prepare and dispatch goods according to daily schedules and procedures.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards especially in Food & Beverage handling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely; forklift driving is a plus.
- Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation inventory tracking and reporting.
- Follow and support warehouse SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse role.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is required.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Outlook).
- Forklift driving experience is a plus.
