Social Media Coordinator (Content Creator)
General Description:
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing social media functions and
developing content for company official social media channels in addition to photography
responsibilities. The role includes overseeing digital presence across all social media platforms
by ensuring timely updates continuous monitoring and compliance with approved
communications standards. The Social Media Coordinator is also responsible for professional
photography and videography content editing and effective coordination with internal and
external stakeholders to support the company communication objectives.
Job Duties:
Manage and create content for social media channels.
Edit videos in a creative manner.
Design campaigns to enhance presence and visibility on social media platforms.
Cover events supported by company using available tools (GoPro Insta360 mobile phones cameras).
Develop and build creative ideas and write scripts/captions.
Create and implement plans to increase engagement and growth across social media channels.
Handle pre-production and shooting arrangements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and manage content.
Supervise the work of social media management companies if applicable.
Skills:
Comprehensive editing skills using multiple software such as Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere Adobe After Effects Lightroom DaVinci Resolve and CapCut.
Strong skills in photography and cinematography.
Proficiency in using websites and producing digital content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence and professionalism.
Excellent organizational and task-planning abilities.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media.
bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably social media/digital marketing mass
communication computer animation graphic design or fine arts).
Proven experience as a creative content creator with advanced knowledge of
photography using different cameras and lenses as well as smartphones.
