Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
