Job Summary
Join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia as a Talent Acquisition Intern through the Tamheer Program! Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our recruitment efforts and gain valuable experience in the field of human resources.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment channels
- Support the coordination of interviews and candidate communications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions
- Perform administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the field of talent acquisition
