About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Call Center Representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries resolve issues and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction. Daily tasks will include responding to customer calls and emails offering solutions to resolve concerns and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Building strong relationships with customers and contributing to a positive professional team environment are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications :
Experience in Customer Service Roles including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
Strong Interpersonal Skills such as effective communication and relationship-building
Solid Computer Literacy and the ability to work with various software and systems efficiently
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and provide empathetic support
English level B2-C1.
Flexibility with night and overnight shifts.
Prior experience in a call center is advantageous but not mandatory.
