About the position:
As an R&D Project Manager you will play a key role in leading and driving the execution of R&D projects across our organization.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including development product and QA you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our innovative projects.
Your ability to coordinate communicate and deliver high-quality results will ensure the continued success of Spinomenals R&D initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan manage and oversee the execution of R&D projects ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers QA engineers Tech Operations and product managers to align goals resolve blockers and ensure smooth delivery and progress.
Scrum Leadership: Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align R&D deliverables with the companys roadmap and strategic goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or issues.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across teams
Advantages:
Experience in the iGaming or gaming industry is a plus
Previous experience in the high-tech industry or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a Plus
Requirements:
Up to 2 years of experience as a Project manager in a tech company
Graduated in Industrial and Management Engineering or any related field.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Passion for technology and a desire to grow in the project management field.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the high-tech industry or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a Plus.
