Leading the Business
- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction to the property.
- Drive operational excellence across all departments to achieve and exceed financial and performance targets.
- Maximize profitability through rigorous financial management and revenue optimization strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with operational standards governance and all applicable legislation.
Building and Inspiring Your Team
- Foster a high-performance culture based on collaboration accountability and inclusion.
- Champion employee engagement and talent development empowering teams to contribute actively to the propertys success.
- Promote diversity and create an environment where different perspectives are valued and encouraged.
Driving Commercial and Market Success
- Leverage an excellent knowledge of the local market to position the hotel competitively.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Food & Beverage and MICE segments to maximize revenue streams and market penetration.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships within the local business community and key stakeholders.
Elevating Service Culture and Brand Excellence
- Ensure product quality and service standards consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Act as a brand custodian guaranteeing that all Pullman brand essentials and standards are implemented and executed flawlessly.
- Position the property as a benchmark in the premium hospitality segment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a comparable international hotel brand or complex hospitality environment.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in driving commercial performance and delivering on KPIs.
- Excellent knowledge of the local market.
- Strong expertise in Food & Beverage and MICE operations.
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong creativity and communication skills.
- Relationship-oriented leader with outstanding stakeholder management capabilities.
- Passion for continuous personal and team development.
- Mandatory: Fluent Jewish and English speaker.
- Additional languages are considered a strong asset.
