Manufacturing Manager-
Job Responsibilities:
Leads and directs a moderate-sized team ensuring efficiency quality and strict adherence to deadlines while cultivating a collaborative work environment to achieve organizational objectives.
Conducts comprehensive reviews of financial forecasts leveraging data analysis to identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities and collaborates with senior leaders to develop long-term financial strategies.
Manages the prompt and accurate implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across designated sectors focusing on enhancing processes optimizing efficiency and driving overall performance improvement.
Develops strategies to maximize manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity cost of non-quality equipment utilization and overall efficiency to bolster operational effectiveness and streamline production processes.
Ensures comprehensive training programs are in place for operators covering production processes and Health & Safety protocols thereby prioritizing their competence and safety during task execution.
Upholds stringent adherence to specifications and requirements throughout the production process to maintain consistency accuracy and quality standards.
Takes charge of leading Lean projects overseeing the implementation of strategies aimed at streamlining processes eliminating waste and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversees CAPEX involvement and decision-making processes defines Industrialization requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams and supervises the seamless implementation of new systems and processes.
Collaborates closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of production objectives with broader organizational goals facilitating effective communication and strategic decision-making.
Manages talent across the team while driving employee selection performance management compensation management career development and ensuring effective operational management.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Mechanical Industrial Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelors OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Masters in areas such as Industrial Manufacturing Engineering Supply Chain or equivalent.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
