- Commerce Graduate / MBA Finance Graduate / CA / ICWA / Diploma in IFRS Required.
- Min 12 years out of which 7 years is of heading finance functions of a company in GCC.
- Extensive experience managing large datasets conducting financial analysis and creating impactful business presentations to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Proficient in core financial functions including return check procedures gross revenue reporting writeoff management and overall financial operations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven track record of leading highperforming teams delegating effectively mentoring staff conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Businesssavvy and adaptable with the ability to understand evolving business needs and realign operational strategies accordingly.
- Skilled in establishing finance operating procedures implementing efficient systems and streamlining business processes for improved performance and compliance.
- Experienced in investor relations and financial risk management ensuring transparency and mitigating financial exposure.
