Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP)

Define and communicate quality objectives standards and procedures
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to align projectspecific quality expectations
Implement systems and procedures to ensure defect prevention
-
Lead internal and external audits to verify QMS compliance
-
Evaluate and approve quality plans submitted by subcontractors
Supervise material and workmanship inspections and testing activities
-
Ensure prompt identification documentation and resolution of nonconformities
-
Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and corrective actions
Ensure completeness and traceability of all quality documentation
-
Prepare and submit regular quality performance reports
-
Maintain logs for material traceability and inspection/test records
Train staff and subcontractors on quality standards and procedures
-
Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement
-
Act as liaison for interdepartmental communication on quality matters
Identify potential quality risks and establish mitigation plans
-
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory authorities on quality issues
-
Ensure compliance with contractual legal and regulatory quality requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical or related field)
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management with a focus on ICT and/or data center projects
-
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
-
Proven ability to lead audits inspections and quality improvement initiatives
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in largescale ICT and data center construction projects Familiarity with BICSI Uptime Institute or TIA standards
-
Certification in quality management (e.g. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Six Sigma or equivalent)

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

Ability to manage crossfunctional teams in a highpressure environment
