What Youll Do
Ensure the delivery of the finished goods while respecting the production plan and quality standards.
Manage workflows and operators skills to optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance of production procedures.
Guarantee that finished goods meet quality standards.
Maintain a positive social climate in the workshop.
Assist garment operators in their functions.
Communicate with the operators.
Key Responsibilities:
Approve production start.
approve the finished goods (ready for shipment).
Qualify and assist an operator.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bac BTP BTS
- language: Arab French
- experience: minimum1 year (similar function)
Desired Characteristics:
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Patient approachable and motivated
