As an Audit Coordination Leader you will oversee and drive the performance of our audit coordination activities within the EMEA region. You will lead a team of Audit Coordinators to ensure operational excellence deliver high-quality service to clients and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and field auditors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Leadership & Team Management
- Lead train and support a team of Audit Coordinators to ensure high productivity and service quality.
- Monitor team performance provide coaching and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support onboarding and skill development of new team members.
Audit Planning & Scheduling
- Oversee audit schedule arrangements across the EMEA zone in alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in service planning considering scope timelines and resource availability.
- Escalate and resolve operational challenges to ensure service continuity.
Supplier & Auditor Relationship Management
- Supervise the supplier onboarding process and ensure smooth operational setup.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers inspectors and auditors.
- Ensure teams provide timely support to field inspectors and auditors in day-to-day operations.
Resource Allocation & Optimization
- Strategically allocate auditors and inspectors based on expertise location and service type.
- Optimize routing work distribution and transport costs across the region.
- Implement data-driven decisions to improve scheduling efficiency.
Quality Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all audit coordination activities meet QIMAs quality standards.
- Identify recurring issues and implement corrective or preventive actions.
- Contribute to operational enhancements process improvements and digital tool adoption.
Qualifications :
It could be you if you have:
- Excellent communication skills in English/French.
- A college degree or above with major in Sciences Business Administration Logistic or any specialty linked to the Supply Chain.
- A high level of motivation polyvalence and outstanding organization skills.
- Some experience in quality control trading or manufacturing.
