Our client is actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Sales Executive to lead Revenue Generation Client Acquistion strategies for an innovative engineered product focusing on growth brand visibility and customer satisfaction. This pivotal role demands expertise in managing high-performing sales positioning sustainable products effectively and driving toward achieving ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Set and surpass sales targets revenue goals and market share objectives.
- Lead mentor and build a high-performing sales team.
- Establish and manage a strong distribution network collaborating with distributors retailers and industrial customers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and refine strategies to ensure consistent growth.
Marketing Leadership:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans including product messaging branding and campaigns tailored to key markets.
- Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels to boost visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to produce impactful materials such as brochures demos and case studies.
- Work with product and R&D teams to integrate customer feedback into product innovation.
Market Insights & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Offer actionable insights on pricing positioning and market expansion in GCC and export markets.
- Stay informed on industry advancements sustainability trends and regulatory updates.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders including architects contractors and sustainability organizations.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to enhance market presence.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through efficient pre- and post-sales services.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
- Manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to establish our product as a market leader.
- Define target markets customer segments and distribution channels to fuel sustainable growth.
- Align team efforts with organizational objectives emphasizing eco-friendly and innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Engineering or a related field. Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience 4 years in sales ideally in industries related to construction building materials or engineered products.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and promoting cross-departmental collaboration.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEO).
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from sales data and market trends.
