Our client a leading engineering and power solutions firm is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead all sales activities in Lagos Nigeria. This role includes managing sales across IPP operations rental sales EPC projects equipment sales spare parts and bi-fuel conversion kits covering gas diesel solar and bi-fuel operations as well as electrical installations and power distribution projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all sales activities in the specified categories ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Build train and lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth across all product lines.
Manage the companys CRM system to ensure accurate reporting of all sales activities and maintain up-to-date client records.
Oversee client relationships ensuring that all client requests and inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
Align sales strategies with market trends and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of relevant sales experience in the energy or power generation sector.
Proven ability to manage a sales team effectively and meet targets.
Strong skills in CRM management client relationship management strategic planning and communication.
Previous experience in Nigeria or other West African countries will be an advantage.
