Acquisition Media Manager DeviantArt

As Acquisition Media Manager for DeviantArt in Tel Aviv youll play a key role in strategizing executing and optimizing paid campaigns to drive high-value user acquisitions for our subscription-based platform. Youll collaborate with a passionate team to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the artist community. 

In your day-to-day you will: 

Manage full-funnel paid campaigns across TikTok YouTube X Meta and Google Display 

Focus on driving high-value user acquisitions for adoption of creator monetization tools 

Partner with our in-house design team to brief test and iterate on high-performing ad creatives 

Partner with our development team to plan campaign infrastructure and tracking implementation

Monitor KPIs daily turning raw data into actionable insights and weekly performance reports

Report on campaign performance summarizing key metrics trends and actionable recommendations. Regularly present these to the CRO and leadership team.

Qualifications :

3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media for a global SaaS platform or creator-focused platform (e.g. Patreon DeviantArt Substack)

Proven track record of scaling accounts on TikTok Ads Manager Google/YouTube Ads and X Ads 

Strong focus on business outcomes with a track record of driving growth with a proactive approach

Expertise in data analysis proficiency in A/B testing and optimization methodologies and tools like Excel SQL or Google Analytics

Ability to explain complex media buying strategies to non-marketing experts

Willingness to work remotely with teams in multiple time zones around the world
