Role title : War Room Manager

Location : Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of the War Room ensuring seamless execution incident resolution and effective coordination among all team members.
Manage the submission and removal of IP addresses for blocking ensuring compliance with established protocols.
Monitor document and maintain records of blocked IPs across mobile applications guaranteeing full traceability with all operators.
Utilize the Cloudflare IP tracker and systematically log all actions in Grafana including:
Documentation of IP blocking actions.
Traceability and justification of operational decisions.
Analyze the outcomes of blocking actions and provide insights on their effectiveness and evolution.
Act as the main liaison with network operators to address incidents and coordinate responses.
Perform manual verification of IP blocks including:
Validation of active blocks across all operators.
Testing accessibility through mobile terminals.

Complementary Activities

Support technical analysis using a Sandbox environment including:
Detection of suspicious IPs.
Submission of IPs for blocking.
Behavioral analysis through the use of mobile devices with installed apps.
Supervise and verify potential instability or interruptions in P2P streams following established protocols:
Systematic logging and documentation of service disruptions.
Ensure continuous verification of probe status and performance.
Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports on incidents and operational effectiveness.
Manage and monitor social listening alerts ensuring timely detection and escalation of relevant issues.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency inEnglish (Native).
Proficiency inArabic (Native).
Strong knowledge ofnetwork operations IP management and cybersecurity practices.
Hands-on experience withCloudflare Grafana and sandboxing tools.
Familiarity with mobile applications and P2P streaming environments.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings nights and weekends.
