Pool technician

• Orientation of Engineering Area
• Maintains the resort swimming pool and water fountain network always at best conditions.
• Ensures the application and the execution of a good preventive maintenance program for related equipment and machineries.
• Add the chemicals as instructed by the pool supervisor.
• Carry out analysis of pool balance parameters daily and record them in the operational log sheets for reference of Pool supervisor.
• Is responsible for the maintenance of swimming pool interior lights.
• Is responsible for minor electrical maintenance of swimming pool pump stations.
• Timely updates the preventive maintenance program to the Pool supervisor.
• Use all necessary precautions regarding the manipulation of chemical products.
• Lead the Pool Attendants on site for an efficient pool maintenance daily basis.
• Ensures recommended health and hygiene conditions of swimming pool at all times.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the work place and pump stations ensures the self and environmental safety. Also ensures safety of Pool Attendants.
• Maintain good work relations with the pool team to cater to the off hours guest demands.
• Will perform all other duties as directed from time to time by the Pool supervisor.
• Attend for all the maintenance work related to the pools & water features.
• Attend maintenance request maintenance calls and repairs related to all types of maintenance works in the plant rooms.
• Attend to any faults and breakdowns of any equipment or a plant room.
• Maintain all under water lights and outdoor lights in the pools & water features.
• Records all parts used during repair and inform to Maintenance officer to order parts.
• Checks maintain fire detecting system carries out periodical test and ensure the system in good working condition

Qualifications :

• High School diploma
• Previous experience in same position for at least 1 year.
• Passion for excellent service
• Good command in English
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus
• Passion for excellent service
• Being a team player and able to work under pressure
