Location: Qatar

Job Purpose

To perform maintenance repair and overhaul of hydraulic systems in concrete pumps transit mixers and batching plant equipment ensuring safe efficient and reliable plant operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems in concrete pumps transit mixers and batching plant equipment.
Diagnose hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools technical manuals and hydraulic schematics.
Overhaul and repair hydraulic components including valves cylinders pistons hydraulic jacks pumps and hoses.
Carry out preventive and scheduled maintenance to minimize equipment breakdown and downtime.
Support workshop operations in improving equipment performance efficiency and reliability.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and repair reports.

Qualifications & Experience

ITI Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hydraulics or a related technical field.
06–08 years of hands-on hydraulic maintenance experience in the Ready-Mix industry (Mandatory).
Strong troubleshooting skills in heavy equipment hydraulic systems.

Experience working on concrete pumps and transit mixers is essential
