Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement process workflows using Archer solutions.
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- Develop and maintain documentation including process maps standard operating procedures and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the functionality and best practices of Archer process management tools.
- Monitor and report on process performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process development and optimization within the software development industry.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in software solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas clearly.
