ملخص الوظيفة
Landa is seeking a Production Line Engineer to lead and support production processes for the blankets line in our consumables factory. The Production Line Engineer will be responsible for driving improvements in efficiency quality and reliability and ensuring the smooth implementation of engineering solutions and operator training.
Responsibilities:
- Own and troubleshoot production processes (mechanical electrical heaters machines).
- Initiate internal improvements and implement external changes to the product and production line.
- Manage the ECO lifecycle for all changes.
- Develop and maintain procedures; train line operators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D Logistics Maintenance NPI) to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or Practical Engineer - Mechanics or Electrical.
- 5 years in a production line environment.
- 2 years CAD experience (SolidWorks required).
- Familiarity with PDM (preferably Windchill) an advantage.
- ERP QAD experience an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 an advantage.
- Languages: Hebrew & English fluent.
