The ideal candidate for the CEO position should possess the following qualifications and experience:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the real estate development or hospitality industry.
A proven track record of successfully leading and growing organizations.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing large teams and complex projects.
Must be a team player.
Knowledge of the Egyptian market and regulatory environment (highly desirable).
Requirements
Developing and executing the company s strategic vision.
Overseeing all business operations including finance marketing human resources and development projects in cooperation with the relevant department heads.
Leading and motivating a diverse team of professionals.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as partners and government entities.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Driving innovation and sustainable growth
