Execute e-invoicing functional and compliance testing ensuring invoice lifecycle and reporting integrity across all invoice processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Test invoice creation validation corrections cancellations and reporting outputs
Validate mandatory data formats exceptions and reconciliation with downstream systems
Produce audit-ready evidence packs for sign-off
Support compliance validation against e-invoicing standards
Identify and document edge cases and exception scenarios

REQUIRED SKILLS

E-invoice domain testing expertise
Data validation capabilities
Strong defect documentation skills
Attention to detail
Compliance knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of e-invoicing standards and regulations
Experience with invoice management systems
Understanding of financial reporting requirements
Background in accounting or finance
