Job Title: Operations Manager F&B (Multiple Locations)
Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Operations Managers to oversee restaurant and caf operations across designated regions in the GCC. Candidates must have a strong background in food & beverage operations team leadership and regional market knowledge.
Roles:
- Operations Manager Bahrain & Saudi Arabia
- Operations Manager UAE & Oman
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant and caf locations.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards health regulations and customer service excellence.
- Manage and support local teams including recruitment training and performance evaluation.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to drive profitability and growth.
- Collaborate with senior management on budgeting supply chain and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant and caf operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent understanding of regional market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel between assigned countries.
