About the Role
A leading automotive group in KSA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive passenger car sales performance across the Kingdom. The role focuses on achieving volume profitability and customer satisfaction targets while leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share and profitability in KSA.
- Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets (units revenue and margins).
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations ensuring a professional customer journey and adherence to brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers corporate/fleet clients and key local stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activity pricing and market trends and recommend actions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation and test drives to deal with structuring closing and vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with marketing finance and aftersales teams to support campaigns promotions and cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze sales reports KPIs and forecasts and present regular performance updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 68 years of experience in automotive sales including at least 35 years in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role in KSA.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi automotive market customer behaviour and dealer network operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop multicultural teams.
- Strong commercial acumen data-driven decision-making and familiarity with CRM and dealer management systems.
- Fluency in Arabic is a must; good command of English is also required.
