Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team on a fulltime remote basis. In this role you will lead the endtoend recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to promoting our employer brand and coordinating successful hires. Youll operate independently in a remote environment collaborating closely with a multicultural and valuesdriven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the fullcycle recruitment process: sourcing screening interviewing and hiring
- Strengthen our employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill talent needs
- Champion an inclusive recruitment approach to support workforce diversity
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in fulllife cycle recruiting
- Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
- Experience in multicultural or international work environments is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology or a related field
