New Outlet Acquisition & Activation
Prospect identify and open new mass HORECA outlets within your assigned territory
Drive horizontal expansion through continuous new customer recruitment
Ensure new outlets are properly onboarded and buy directly from the official distributor
Clearly communicate the benefits of buying directly including availability service and reliability
Support first orders and initial activation of newly opened outlets
Build strong first relationships with outlet owners and decision-makers
Territory Management Coordination & Reporting
Systematically cover your territory and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
Work closely with other sales roles to ensure smooth handover and sales sustainability
Track and report daily field activities new openings and market feedback
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree
- Fresh graduate or up to 02 years of experience
- Field sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage not a requirement
