About the RoleAs Director of Food & Beverage you will oversee daily operations across Culinary Restaurants & Bars Room Service and Banquets/Catering. You will drive departmental strategies ensure brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue and profitability. This leadership role requires a strong business acumen a commitment to quality and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a food & beverage strategy aligned with Marriotts brand vision.
- Lead daily operations ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
- Manage budgets monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive innovation in menus and service to exceed guest expectations.
- Build and maintain a culture of excellence trust and collaboration within the team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Recruit coach and develop food & beverage leaders and associates.
Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in food & beverage culinary or event management.
OR - 2-year degree in Food Service Management Hospitality Business Administration or related field with 4 years of experience in food & beverage culinary or event management.
