Software support and development (Client specific tools)
Our responsability as Alten team is to take the necessary actions to ensure the normal operation of web applications assigned by the client and contribute the development of existing and new solutions.
Following this the consultant on this roll will have the missions below:
Proactive Incident Resolution on ticketing tools (approximately 20% of the activity with priority 0 for the client):
- User assistance
- Bug and error correction
Developing Client-Requested Evolutions on AVL Concerto:
- Specification validation
- Workload analysis and planning
- Development and testing of new solutions
- Project deployment on client servers (using standard libraries and SVN)
Technical Documentation Writing
Generating and Documenting Internal Feedback
Escalating Technical Information to the project manager for client-side negotiations on quality and deadline
Qualifications :
Bac 5 en informatique ou équivalent
Prerequests :
- PHP Full-stack web developper
- Programming lanquages and frameworks : PHP JAVASCRIPT jQuery AJAX CSS Bootstrap4HTML
- Databases: MySQL phpMyAdmin
- Versionning tools : Git/Gitub
- Software architecture: MVC Model
- Powershell
Compétence qui sont un pour le poste
- Experience with PHP Frameworks (Symfony LARAVEL)
- Experience with JAVASCRIPT Frontend Frameworks (Angular/React)
- Experience with IT support
- Experience in a direct client contact position
- Knowledge of Excel-VBA
