Dealing with the real estate development work for the company including supervision and followup of contracts licenses and government requirements rent payments and ensuring that its facilities systems and services support core operations and processes and contribute to achieving its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and lifecycle requirements.
2. conduct and document regular facility inspections.
3. ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
4. Supervision and followup on contracts licenses government requirements rent payments and real estate development.
5. obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers.
6. calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize costeffectiveness.
7. negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and costsaving.
8. coordinate and monitor the activities of contract suppliers.
9. manage contractor and vendor relationships.
10. manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
11. Verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing.
12. Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facilityrelated budgets finances and contracts.
13. develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.
14. oversee environmental health and safety.
15. provide prompt responses to requests and issues from facility occupants.
