ملخص الوظيفة

  • Identify develop and manage new business opportunities within the facility management sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients property managers and key decisionmakers.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.

  • Present and promote facility management solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements to close deals successfully.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations finance and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to management.

  • Represent the company at industry events networking meetings and client presentations.



  • Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in facility management construction real estate or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of facility management services and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain longterm business relationships.

  • Selfmotivated targetdriven and able to work independently.

  • Language: Very good command of English (spoken & written).

  • Other Requirements: Professional appearance and a valid driver s license.
