Job Title: Senior Architect Industrial and Smart Factory Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the architectural vision and strategy for industrial and smart factory solutions.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions integrating industrial automation with smart factory technologies.
- Design and develop comprehensive solutions for industrial automation and smart factories.
- Define functional requirements for advanced manufacturing systems.
- Develop IIoT platforms and integrate with various enterprise systems.
- Lead the development of automation products and custom controls.
- Oversee firmware development for industrial automation products.
- Implement edge frameworks for new product development.
- Utilize expertise in operational technologies communication protocols and data integration.
- Develop IoTbased solutions using cloud services.
- Implement various industrial communication protocols.
- Support relationships with key software vendors.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with relevant training and certifications.
- Manage daytoday operations of products within the industrial automation and smart factory domain.
- Provide support during regular hours and oncall duty.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Relevant certifications and training.
- At least 20 years of experience with leading service integration or software companies
- Extensive experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Proven track record in product design development and firmware delivery.
- Expertise in operational technologies communication protocols and data integration.
- Experience with IoT platforms and edge development.
- Strong architectural and functional definition skills for smart factory solutions.
Competencies:
- Delivery and Governance: Technical delivery management agile methodologies stakeholder management risk management crossfunctional team leadership business process improvement continuous improvement strategies KPI tracking and performance metrics.
- Building Automation: Experience with building automation product development.
- Product Development: Governance for system products development.
