Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager F&B to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position offering an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations maintaining high standards of quality and customer service and driving profitability. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in F&B management.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of all designated F&B outlets ensuring efficient and profitable operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
* Manage and train staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene food safety and quality control.
* Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
* Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain management.
* Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote F&B offerings.
* Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the F&B industry with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of F&B operations including budgeting cost control and staff management.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
