DescriptionThe Role
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
- Understand clients needs and objectives and align internal resources to meet them effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients updating them on progress and performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to clients.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide value-added services.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing account management or a similar role.
