Role Purpose

As one of the first Saudi companies dedicated to offering marketleading Data Science and AI products and solutions we empower businesses and governments across industries to become datadrivenoptimizing operations enhancing efficiency and augmenting decisionmaking.

As a Senior Sales Partner you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying engaging and closing highvalue sales opportunities. Your responsibility includes generating leads nurturing client relationships collaborating with internal teams and ensuring that Quants solutions align with client needs to maximize impact and profitability.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Identify and secure new enterprise customersdirectly by establishing relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers across industries.
  • Collaborate with team membersto strategize and close highvalue deals engaging with seniorlevel stakeholders.
    Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently identifying opportunities where Quant can provide value.
  • Gather client requirementsand work closely with the product team to enhance and iterate Quants solutions based on market needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationshipsby providing ongoing support product recommendations upselling and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Enhance sales tools and methodologiesto effectively communicate Quants value proposition through impactful presentations and demonstrations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market activities and competitorsto continuously refine sales strategies.
  • Report on key sales insights including shifts in budgets and strategic directions within target accounts.
  • Develop and deliver client workshops and training sessionsto enhance user experience and maximize product adoption.
  • Prepare professional and detailed reports proposals and documentationfor senior management and potential clients.


Requirements

Preferred Personal Qualities
  • Strongnegotiationand persuasion skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experiencein sales business development or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse work setting engaging with clients from multiple industries.
  • Efficient workload management with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic including speaking writing and reading.
Preferred Business Skillset
  • Expertise inprospecting and sales pitchingto highvalue clients.
  • Proficiency inZoho CRM Salesforce or other CRMsfor sales pipeline management.
  • Exposure to theIT and Data Science industries with an understanding of digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong grasp ofsoftware sales mechanisms and frameworksto drive solutionbased selling.
